Advocacy
Passionate about neurodiversity, psychoeducation and de-stigmatisation, we each have a breadth of lived experience. We have worked steadily to support and advocate for ouselves, our children and our clients. Through broad experience we have developed a deep understanding of the complex challenges and unexpected strengths associated with different neurotypes. We are able to support clients seeking assessments, diagnosis and accommodation in schools and workplaces.
Self Compassion and Regulation
Being neurodivergent means your brain is working harder in a world not built for it, so we work together to foster self‑compassion and learn to steady your nervous system (self‑regulation).
Most neurodivergent individuals are experts at masking, and are familiar with feeling “too much” or “not enough.” We support clients as they move away from shame towards self-acceptance and self-care. And we consistently witness shifts in mental and physical health as self compassion grows.
